Day 20 of 365 Day Metamorphosis and #TEAMNOCHEATS

Today was a step backward from yesterday health wise. My sinuses don’t drain properly and due to two colds and allergies they have decided to drain now. Anyone who has had a bad sinus infection will understand. I had a refill on a prescription that would’ve helped but it expired. So I get to make another trip to the doctor!

I can’t express how frustrated I am with life right now!

Day 19 of 365 Day Metamorphosis and #TEAMNOCHEATS

Today was an alright day still sick but feeling better. Probably workout by Sunday or Monday!

Drinking lots of water and been eating right even when went out tonight. Got sushi for dinner and I had a wild rice dynamite roll! So good!

I’m kinda bummed that most of the month has been consumed by being sick. Hopefully this will last time I am sick for the season!

A Promise From a Christian

onbeingmyself:

Jesus freaking loves you.

Even if you’re gay.

Even if you’re not a virgin.

Even if you’ve killed people.

Even if you don’t go to church.

Even if you hate him.

He freaking loves you so much that he died to prove it.

EVERYBODY SHOULD READ THIS!!!!!!!!!REBLOG…IT CAN SAVE A LIFE OR TWO!!!WARNING: Some knew about the red light on cars, but not Dialing 112.An UNMARKED police car pulled up behind her and put his lights on. Lauren’s parents have always told her to never pull over for an unmarked car on the side of the road, but rather to wait until they get to a gas station, etc.Lauren had actually listened to her parents advice, and promptly called, 112 on her cell phone to tell the police dispatcher that she would not pull over right away. She proceeded to tell the dispatcher that there was an unmarked police car with a flashing red light on his rooftop behind her. The dispatcher checked to see if there were police cars where she was and there weren’t, and he told her to keep driving, remain calm and that he had back up already on the way. Ten minutes later 4 cop cars surrounded her and the unmarked car behind her. One policeman went to her side and the others surrounded the car behind. They pulled the guy from the car and tackled him to the ground. The man was a convicted rapist and wanted for other crimes.I never knew about the 112 Cell Phone feature. I tried it on my AT&T phone & it said, “Dialing Emergency Number.”Especially for a woman alone in a car, you should not pull over for an unmarked car. Apparently police have to respect your right to keep going on to a safe place.*Speaking to a service representative at Bell Mobility confirmed that 112 was a direct link to State trooper info. So, now it’s your turn to let your friends know about “Dialing, 112”You may want to send this to every Man, Woman & Youngster you know; it may well save a life. This applies to ALL 50 statesPLEASE PASS ALONG TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY, IT CAN SAVE A LIFE….

Works in Canada too guys, just tried it!

Reblogging for anyone of the feminine preference that follow me. (Or for general knowledge.)

thats terrifying

This is great! However where I live, if I called 112 while driving and it was a cop behind me it would result in a fine and my licence being taken away. The law says I have to be pulled over to make a call because cell phones and hands free devices are not allowed.

lifeof-fie:

Today has been a terrible day in every way. Woke up with a sore throat bit didn’t think it was too bad so I went to school WITHOUT eating breakfast because I didn’t have an appetite.

At school I got worse, headache, tired no appetite so I ended up eating only a few grapes I had with me. I pushed through the schoolday even though my head didn’t work so well 😩

When I got home I found out I have fever, and still there was no appetite, but I ate some pasta and a cookie 😅

Then I went up stairs and slept for about 6 hours.

So my intake for today has been waaay to low I guess, and so has my water intake because when I have a dore throat I really hate drinking, or swallowing for that matter 😂

I’m on the same boat! Even when you have no appetite you need to eat. A few ideas that won’t hurt your throat that much are:

  • smoothie (can add so many things to make it high cal!),
  • oatmeal,
  • soup/stew,
  • banana, and
  • Scrambled eggs

If cold water hurts to drink try drinking hot/warm water, it can help your throat and keep you hydrated.

Feel better! :)

Day 18 of 365 Day Metamorphosis and #TEAMNOCHEATS

Still feeling like crap so recovery and rest day!

I accomplished:

  • Eating
  • Drinking lots of water
  • Sleeping
  • Shaving my dog… a huge task

Not exactly what I wanted to do with my day but there isn’t much else I can do feeling this way. :/

Hope everyone else’s day was awesome! :)
