    It’s only day two, it’s hard but I am loving it!

  • Lunch: Apple, yogurt, turkey jerky,
  • Dinner; Ground turkey, red pepper, spinach, 15 brown rice chips
  • Snacks: large grapefruit, 1c baby carrots

Just got Insanity today!Did the fit test and didn’t do amazing but did pretty good.

  • Power Jacks: 33

  • Power Jumps: 27
  • Globe Jumps: 6
  • Suicide Jumps: 11
  • Push-up Jacks: 13
